Absolutely! We want your Hangry Joe's experience to be exactly how you like it. You can choose from multiple spice levels:

  • No Heat — mild, flavor-forward
  • Medium — a gentle kick

  • Reaper — challenge accepted

Additional toppings and sauce requests can be added in the order notes field at checkout.

Yes! We accept advance orders up to 7 days ahead. When placing your online order, simply select your preferred pickup date and time at checkout. For large group or catering orders, we recommend ordering at least 48 hours in advance to ensure everything is fresh and ready on time.

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 15 minutes of being placed, provided they have not yet entered preparation. To request a change, please call us immediately at +1 443-774-0555 or email [email protected]. Once your order has started preparation, we may not be able to accommodate changes. We currently deliver within a 10-mile radius of our Columbia, MD location (10730 Little Patuxent Pkwy Unit#4). This covers most of Columbia, Ellicott City, Clarksville, and surrounding communities. Our average delivery time is 35–55 minutes from the time your order is placed, depending on your location and current order volume. During peak hours (lunch and dinner rush), times may be slightly longer. You will receive a real-time update when your order is on its way.

Hangry Joe's hot chicken is crafted using a proprietary marinade and a signature cayenne-forward heat paste applied immediately after frying — a technique rooted in Nashville tradition. We use fresh, never-frozen chicken, hand-breaded to order. Every piece is fried in clean oil and topped with our house-made heat blend, pickles, and served on a toasted brioche bun. The result is bold, crispy, unapologetic flavor.

We currently offer a cauliflower hot "chicken" option that is prepared in the same style as our signature dishes — seasoned, breaded, and fried with our signature heat paste. While it is vegetarian, please note that our kitchen handles meat products and we cannot guarantee a fully vegan environment. Please check with us if you have specific dietary needs.
